I, the Purchaser, declare that I am at least 18 years of age, that I am familiar with the laws and regulations in my jurisdiction, if any, governing the purchase and use of this item, and that I do not know of any local or State laws or regulations that prohibit me from purchasing or owning this product. I have read and understood all warnings, disclaimers, and warranties related to the products offered. I acknowledge that I am responsible for using these products safely and legally and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the seller, its owners, employees, agents and affiliates for any and all legal action arising from purchase, use or ownership of this item and accessories from the seller, including, but not limited to any lawsuit or claim by myself or a third party for bodily injury, death or illegal activity. I understand some items will require me to email the seller my date of birth and my purchase may not be shipped until I verify my age.

Returns: Before an item is considered for return, you must be given a RMA number from an authorized California Blades employee. Any items we receive without a RMA number will be returned to sender at their cost. If the product is damaged we will exchange it for a new one, as soon as possible. All sales are final. Exchanges only. As California Blades does not sell used merchandise, items must be in an unfired or unused condition with all contents and original packaging. Any items considered for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items are checked before shipping and should work on receiving them. If truely defective, we will reimburse your shipping costs. When bidding on any item, you are entering into a contract agreement to purchase that item.
